Great shoes
Especially at this price. I've bought many Merrell Moabs from Amazon, usually black, but these are really cool. One thing though, all the others were size 12, but the 12s I ordered in this style were too long and I had to return them and get 11.5, which is perfect.

All leather shoe hard to find
Loved the leather, but the left sole was a little uncomfortable. Great hikers though

Go-to daily wear without trendy flash
Merrill’s have been my go-to boots and shoes for years and these replaced a pair that I’d worn out. No swooshy, trendy styling (it’s ok if you like that look, but I don’t) and the shoes pair nicely with a range of casual daily wear. My only criticism is that the leather is a dust-collector, so frequent cleaning with a soft brush keeps me from looking like I just finished a march through the dessert. As the leather gets burnished over time I think this will clear up. I swapped out the insoles for something thicker (personal preference) and the soles have just enough traction without picking up a lot of debris.

Relax, they discolor when wet but bounce back. Comfortable to walk in and based on other shoes the brand delivers on a shore that doesn’t quit.

Great for hiking
They are rugged and the grip is great the insoles are a bit rough woulda liked a bit more padding but still a great shoe for hiking and walking.

Good solid hiker
Merrell are my go to hiking shoes now. I'm 68 and do approx 2000 km per year hiking and biking. These are solid leather and have saved me a squished toe at least once. The sole however takes a little getting used to. I find the front part of my foot kinda slapping the pavement.
