This general design is my favorite for massaging the back well and with ease. This particular version is a little smaller and therefore not the best for a larger hand. Also has slightly worse geometry than the best versions. All around well worth the price as long as your hand is not too large for its grip.

These have done wonders to prevent headaches. Perfectly space for pressure points in the neck. I bought two after losing my last one so I can keep one in my nightstand and one in my travel bag.
