Just the thing to take out haze and fine scratches
I have 2 older black vehicles and this stuff works great for buffing out the haze and fine scratches black shows so well. I'm using this and following up with Jescar sealer, both work great, highly recommended!

AMAZING PRODUCT WITH OUTSTANDING RESULTS!!
By far the BEST scratch, water spots, scruffs, etc. remover! I am NOT a car detailer, but this compound by far is the BEST I have ever used! It does not powder up and the length of use amazing (I did not understand what that meant so I had to Google it, lol) it wipes off very easy! I bought the Chemical Guys hex orange pad and this product. I don’t have polisher but what I used is the Meguairs DA drill adapter and my drill. Lol, follow the directions on the bottle! Do not over exaggerate, 3 pea size dots, that’s all you need for a 2 x 2 area. I did 3 passes over the area but it’s really up to you. I have the 4” pad, I am definitely going to buy the polisher with the bigger pads! You can cover more area. Oh make sure you take it slow with medium pressure.. that’s important for the result you want to get. I hope this review helps with beginners out there like myself! Lol

Not magic, but pretty close
WOW! My Paint had BAD swirl marks and scratches from the previous owner, so much so it made the paint look dull. I watched hours of YouTube videos trying to figure out the best method and products to use, and almost did too much research because I couldn't make my mind up on what to buy. I noticed Jescar and Mcguires coming up a lot so I eventually landed on Jescars correcting compound, Mcguire's D301 for the polishing/protecting, and Mcguires DMC6 & DMF6 microfiber pads (the C for cutting and F for finishing). I couldn't be happier. Keep in mind, none of these products are magic. If your scratches go beyond the clear coat and you can feel them with your finger nail, no amount of compounding will get rid of them. Do the research, take your time, and your paint will pop as much as mine did.

Impressed.
I have Griot's G9, and a Flag Blue gel coat on my boat.I paired this with Jescar Compound, Mirco polish and Power Lock.Used a Heavy cut foam pad + compound after 1500/2000 grit wet sanding some fender rash. I didn't have a rotary polisher, thought I was going to be SOL....but worked great. Ran the DA at 6...no problems.Used the light cut foam on the polish.Used a finish pad with the Power Lock.No Holos. No swirl. Best results I've had so far....pretty much a mirror.8 oz bottle: used maybe 2-3 oz on my 21' boat.

Very good product !
After purchasing our BMW and picking it up at the dealership, I brought it home and looked over the paint closely. Our vehicle is Silver and I didn’t notice the rather long scratches at the dealership. Looked as if it was driven too close to a branch or something. The scratch was about 1500 grit or so and I was very concerned. I’m a big fan of Esoteric Detailing products and they sold this compound so I purchased it. After using as directed, 3 pea size drops on a Mequires Microfiber pad or similar, the scratches came out effortlessly. The product finishes down nicely with little or no dust. I finished up with a polish, however most people would have been happy with the results just from the compound itself.

Maybe
Works as advertised but as a novice I feel there’s better out there. Maybe I need different pads but it has very little cut. Wouldn’t get out 2000grit wet sanding marks with LC yellow/orange pads and porter cable.

Best Correcting Compound
This is the best correcting compound I have used with my DA polishers. I usually use it with the orange color foam pads. I have a 5 inch, 3 inch and 2 inch DA polisher. I detail my cars or my friends cars as a hobby. This product is a bit more expensive than other popular American brands but it is much better. The Jescar brand is used by many professional detailers. What I like is this brand creates very little dusting. I do recommend that anyone using a correcting compounds with polihers to wear a mask and gloves.

Great but not enough for the money
Product is very good, little to no dust and splatter, used with meguairs microfiber cutting pad and a da polisher, small bottle is great for touch ups and scuff removal. Polish is very high quality I’d even compare it to Sonax, although for the price Sonax is a better value and is the same if not better quality. I have a black truck and need to use this stuff all the time. The small bottle just isn’t enough for me. But a great product overall.
