It really does work!
Due to the recent heat I’ve been suffering with allergies and an irritated, itchy nose. I was recommended this product by a friend and it has really helped. Highly recommended
As a chronic sinusitis sufferer I have tried every nasal flush thingy going and find this one the best. My ENT doc gave me the first one after a rep had left sample bottles and I have bought them ever since.

Life changing for anyone with sinus issues, this is the real deal and not a gimmick
I struggled recently with sinus pain and this product was absolutely life changing for me (my sister who is a doctor recommended it). You won’t believe how much more productive it is than blowing your nose.

It rinses, with caveats
Don't expect the rinse to decongest much when you have a proper blocked nose, its not a powered washer. It is likely effective at washing out loose irritants, dust/dirt and powders. But some of the 'waste water' can also come out your eyes & even into your ears, at least if you're not careful about your head angle, so keep that in mind. If you're going to use it for steroid rinses to treat sinus inflammation, then it should do the trick, short of using a much more expensive battery powered machine. It is also a bit annoying to fill as some of the valuable (distilled + saline + sometimes steroid) water shoots out at the slightest touch.
