Its does provide energy boost and pump for great work out. Unfortunately it is also extremely hard on the stomach causing extreme stomach discomfort and excessive diarrhea that took 4 days to flush out of my system.

Check the photos. Other reviewers have posted the same. Don't know why amazon doesn't ship these in a box instead of a mailer?? Anyway, the packets were all fine, and the product seems pretty good.

I've been taking these vitamins for about 4 months now and they really seem to work for me. As a powerlifter, I find they help get me through my workouts. It's a lot of pills and a few of them are quite large, but I've never had an issue swallowing them. I find them well worth the price. The only issue I have, as have some others, is the condition of the package when it's delivered. Fortunately, none of the pills have been damaged.

Best multivitamin and supplements for men out there! Great energy boost and overall feeling when I take these consistently. I train for triathlons and this is my go-to for everyday training and recovery. 10/10 recommend!
