The sound is clear, and the noise-canceling microphone makes a big difference during Zoom and Skype meetings. People hear me perfectly with no background noise. This replaced a headset/mic combo I have used and liked for years, but had quality issues. This headset was only slightly more expensive but was a big upgrade in quality. Having the volume control and mute buttons on the cord are quite handy. The headset and cords are sturdy sturdy and the sound quality is quite good for the price. Using the controller does take up a USB port on your PC/laptop so be aware of that. It worked immediately on installation with no issues (Windows 11). The only drawback is that they're pretty snug - good for sound isolation but can they get a little uncomfortable over a couple of hours. However, I expect they'll loosen up a bit over time. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Pros: Comfortable, while not sealing, does a decent job of limiting external noise Does a nice job of covering the ears, not a sloppy fit. A little tight. (Better than loose!) Generous adjustment for head size, and not poorly made, looks like it will last. Nice sound quality for Zoom. The headphones are somewhat bassy, but not excessively so. The mic is well balanced, i.e., it generates natural sounding audio, with no apparent emphasis. Neither is it tinny, nor bassy. The noise reduction with Zoom is excellent. I have high fan noise from electronic equipment and it does not pick that up, but an alarm tone generated by the equipment (like a busy signal), does come through quite nicely. I don't listen to music, so I can't rate their sound quality for music) Plug and Play for Windows 10 Pro. Recognized by O/S with no external drivers. Standard 3.5 mm plug so you can either use with a phone jack, or use the dongle to connect to USB. Cons: I can't think of any, if this headset lasts.

They are great! Did exactly what I needed for work. Had a lot of cord length, sounds great, & comfortable.

The only problem is while speaking on a call it sounds like you're deaf. Muffled. Makes you wonder if the person can hear you. You can't tell if the call is connected. You can't hear yourself.

High quality product with legitimate noise cancelling. Used daily for conference calls and Teams calls. Works with USB and auxiliary jack. Highly recommended product!

So a couple of months ago ( end of Nov) the seller reached out to me and offered to send me another headset on the company and I accepted, so far they are working great as they always had. Great customer service and extremely friendly.. Recommend this seller 100 percent!! I really loved this headset, they had great sound and worked amazing but only lasted a little over a month. I received them Oct 8th 2024 and it is now Nov 24th 2024 and the microphone has stopped working and sadly the window closed to return on Nov 12th :( Off to buy a new pair of headphones.

O produto é muito bom, som dele para ouvir música é ótimo como também a captação do microfone é excelente. Você também quase não ouve o barulho do ambiente externo, devido o fone ser fechado, só a questão do conforto que não é tão agradável para ficar com ele o dia todo, pois, dependendo do jeito que coloca o fone, machuca as orelhas, mas acredito que após um tempo de uso, deve melhorar. Caso esteja procurando um fone de baixo custo para trabalho home office, com certeza indicaria este fone, porém, se você esta procurando um fone para game, eu não indico.

Great headset! I use it both for work and leisure when watching videos. I like the comfort of the ears as well as the sound quality. Very clear on both ends, when listening and speaking. The person on the other end hears me clearly. I also like that fact that it comes in an easily storable box where I can slip it back in when not in use.
