That elbow guard only protects the elbow itself and is falling to my wrist while riding (medium size). I waited until I crash again using the Launch D30 elbow guards before writing this review. The elbow guards held up well during the crash and I am glad that I was wearing them. I used the size chart on fox’s website and medium was my size. I am 5’7 137lbs. At first, the fit was so tight, that I was having trouble putting it on. After wearing it on and off multiple times, its easier to put it on but still hard to take off which is a good thing because you wouldnt want it falling off easily especially while riding or crashing. In closing, I am satisfied with this product and the protection it gave me during my crash.
