Completely molten and product more than a year old
Received in completely deformed and molten condition. No ice pack was provided. The product is also more than a year old, which is quite old for a chocolate.

Same taste as Dairy Milk has
3 Star is given because of recieved melted chocolate.But it can be easily harden by just keeping 2hrs in deep freeze.Nearly, taste is same as Dairy Milk.
