That this works very well
I have taken this estroven moid boost for years and it does help it all but stopped my hot flashes, it even out my moods were i could live with my self, the doctor said my hormone levels were good so i stopped taken the estroven now i am very tired and no energy i am about to start these up again i will buy two months at a time , it will take about a week and i will start feeling better, when i did have hot flashes it kept yhem at bay i recommend this to any lady because they do work and noone wants to feel bad all the time , i have not had any side affects and the cost is small through Amazon

I love this stuff but my latest shipment came all beat up. You can tell they knew it was a mess because it was put into an extra bag, so it definitely happened before shipping, not during. A little disconcerting for a supplement I’m meant to take.

Bad taste but did help flashes
Pill taste is awful but I switched from this version to the yellow ones mood and energy boost version. The mood and energy boost work better so far. These purple large tabs have a vitamin taste and it lingers in the throat a while. Also hard to swallow.. I didn't notice any energy change on these ones like I do the yellow box. So I switched. These did seem to help my peri irritable moods though. Not much for energy. Did help hot flashes a bit but I wanted one pill formula that handled all my peri issues. And the yellow mood and energy boost estroven do just that.!

Better price than the brick and mortar drug stores, same quality. Works great to balance female hormones in a natural and safe way using Phyto estrogens and other natural plant based ingredients. Individual bubble foil sheets to keep each caplet sealed until ready to use. I have recommended this to women for decades. It takes time to begin to feel the effects, hot flashes, vaginal dryness etc. about a month of continuous use and you will begin to feel the effects as you begin to feel like you old self again. Just don't quit after just a few doses, give it time. Because it is natural plant based it needs to build up in your system. I am 74 and still take them well past my menopause years to keep my girly parts working like they should and to feel vital and energetic.

Caused hot flashes!
I gave this 3 weeks. Unfortunately, it gave me hot flashes when I wasnt having them when I started from the 3rd dose on. I figured it would work itself out and kept trying. Couldnt take the hot flashes anymore and had to stop. I didnt notice any other benefits or side effects.. wanted this specifically for the mood balancing. );
