Nikon FFW002AA ML-L3 Remote Control

Received in good condition but its not working. I worried about the product,and also is costly.Then change the battery , its 50 rs. Its work nice , I tested with my nikon canera then I happy.

not sure how original its is. works very well sometimes and sometimes it dosen't at all. You'll have to be on the reciever side of the camera to make it work. so if you're in a group pic and you stand on the left side while the IR reciever is on the right, you cant take the picture.

ML-L3 is a product that stood the test of time, and even though there are sites that offer the item at half the price, I trusted Amazon and purchased it. You can NOT get a cheaper (doesn't mean inefficient in ANY way) unit that will work on nearly every DSLR (Nikon) since D40 and on nearly every digital point n shoots (again, Nikon). The product sold here is made in China, the plastic body could've been a bit better, you'll get nearly 14-15 meters of un-obstructed operating distance (consult your user manual to know how to set your camera up in remote mode, do not be dumb and post "doesn't work")Battery (3v Lithium cell) included, which under moderate use; will last 2-3 years at least (even if you replace it, will cost you under 50.00 INR)Based on practicality, cost and simplicity, I'll rate it 4/5

To start with, the ML - L3 is a wireless remote to control the DSLR camera shutter release. It is used to trigger the shutter, without actually touching the camera. The body is made of plastic, and it's quite a handy device.Uses- Long Exposure Shots, When taking photos at slow shutter speeds, any touching on the camera causes movement resulting in image blurring. ML-L3 is very useful in such shots.- Photographing self/groups, It works much better than the timer mode on the camera. The remote can be a great tool for taking group photographs with the "camera-man" in the picture too.Range- 20-30 ft behind and front of the camera.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this product from Krishna Enterprise through Amazon and I would definitely not recommend anyone to order or buy this product through Amazon. I received the product with a tampered seal and the product was defective as well. It does not work., I guess the seller purposely sent out a used defective product.

I have used this remote with my Nikon D5100 for many months now. It works very well and is a highly useful addition to my photography toolkit. Very useful when taking self-portraits (and couple-shots), with the camera mounted on a tripod. Small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, so it doesn't show in the photographs (in self portraits). This definitely looks and feels like a quality product - I have no doubt it is original Nikon.

The Nikon ML-L3 is definitely value for the money. It is very easy to use. Small size makes it easy to carry around and does not consume any space inside the camera bag. Unlike mentioned in some reviews, it does work from the back of the camera as well.The remote has come in very handy for family portraits and long exposure shots.

Although, it serves it's purpose, I'd have appreciated a better build & finish quality.Not sure, if this is authentic Nikon product.
