Shin Godzilla

Such an AMAZING steelbook, it has an amazing design and it’s definitely one of the best DVDS you can get for a Godzilla fan. Movie was great, bonus features were fun to watch, menu screen is simple but “Who Will Know” playing in the background while different clips of the movie play really adds to it, just spectacular overall!!

Love this movie and the steel book shows the craziest scene from the movie very well.

This is, as one of the special features states, a well-financed reboot and reimagining of Godzilla. From it's first appearance to the end, Godzilla is always interesting. In this case, it begins as a water creature and then evolves into a land creature. This continues throughout the picture, so we get to see Godzilla develop from a crawling creature to the full-fledged Godzilla we know so well. The human side is extensive and very political: many decisions are explicitly so. The characters work well and the actions they take make sense.

What a great steelbook. I don’t buy them as much anymore just when I love the artwork and this seriously might be my new favorite of all time. The purple and black is gorgeous! The film goes without saying is one of my favorites of all time.

Like many Godzilla movies this one has its fans and its detractors but one thing you can't argue about is the picture quality on this release. It truly looks amazing (including the blu ray copy). For steelbook fans, mine came well wrapped and in a box completely protecting it from even tiny dings.

This video saved my marriage!! It also cleared my acne and allowed me to regain my sobriety!!! With the power of Godzilla anything is possible!! THIS IS AN AWESOME MOVIE!! The second best Godzilla movie ever made! It is disturbing and amazing at the same time. Great plot, cool effects and the scariest iteration of the king of all monsters to date!! It may not cure your physical and emotional trauma but you will not regret watching this opus!!! BEEARE THE TAIL!!!!!

This steelbook edition is top notch!! Closing in on the 10th anniversary of a great film, Shin Godzilla. not only is the film great but you get to see the behind the scenes activities of how this movie was made. It really astounded me how the cast and crew worked so well together in this production. My three rankings of all time favorite Godzilla movies are: 1. Godzilla (1954) 2. Godzilla Minus One (2023) 3. Shin Godzilla (2016) No slight to being number 3! Sorry to Legendary but their take on Godzilla just doesn't hit it for me I can't wait to see what Toho does next.

Very unique Godzilla movie, more on the horror side, but I love every minute of it.

I have a multi zone blu ray player so made sure it was the right region. Although the second disc of features plays perfectly the disc with the film does not. Waste of money.
