Leapfrog Build and Discover Doghouse, Multi Color

This is a brilliant toy for little ones and perfect for introducing role play to them.This was given to my son when he was around 21 months & he showed some interest in it, but around the 2 year mark he started to role play with it & often chooses this out of his toy box especially if mummy or daddy are doing any sort of DIY.The tool set is a good size and is sturdy and well made. Typical of LeapFrog toys, the songs are fun, friendly and educational; and not too annoying!The toy allows your child to build and unbuild the tool box and once built it stores all of the included tools inside.This toy comes with:1 x Tool Box1 x Hammer1 x Saw1 x Screwdriver1 x Wrench1 x RulerThe set is aimed at 2 years old plus and I feel this is about the right age for them to enjoy this toy, but I feel it can be purchased for a younger child to grow into as all of the pieces are baby friendly, and while the younger child may not understand how to use the toy the way it is intended they can however play with it and my 9 month old enjoys 'chewing' the pieces and putting them in and out of the tool box at the moment! My son is 2.5 years old at the moment & he still enjoys this - I'd say suitable from 6 months - school age; and slightly beyond as its not too babyish.The tool set has colour corresponding parts for the tools for example the hammer is orange and the nails to bang with the hammer are orangeScout features on the tool box which is a bonus as my son loves his Scout dog!Overall this is a very good toy and would highly recommend it.

I bought this for a relatives son for Christmas so did not take out of box but from what I could see it appeared to be agood sturdy tool box and tools. I purchased LeapFrog items for my daughter when she was a toddler and they were well made, and certainly fit for purpose for many years. They also gave learning elements and this tool box encourages/asks the child questions such as 'how long is ...' and then counts with them. Batteries were in product.

Bought this as a gift to send to Australia. As such what was important to me was that the weight and box size fitted within the limits set by the post office for international postage. The packaging was such that I was able to remove the batteries and reassemble the packaging so that it looked unopened. The gift looked sturdy for its intended recipient, a 2 yr old boy. I hope he liked it!

Cute , exactly what it says on the tin. Ssafely wrapped and delivery was surprisingly faster than expected

Bought this for my son for Christmas, all the Leapfrog toys I've bought previously are brilliant quality so I won't be disappointed with this one I'm sure.
