This book is good, but it's a list of diseases, brief reason and corresponding affirmations. These details from Louise Hay are already available online. Also If you have her bestseller book "You Can Heal Your Life", that also has info. from this book covered to some extent. So I felt, I should not have ordered this one, since I also ordered other book and so it's bit redundant for me.

This book is a hands down, bible for me as a somatic psychotherapist. Louise’s work is primarily simple, profound and effective. There is not a lot of fluff. I recommend every household to have the heal your body book. Especially, wonderful for mothers.
