Q: Are the wheels durable? I travel a lot and always have problems with wheels

Q: Where is the key for the lock? I also cannot find it

There isn't a key for the lock. you unlock it using your own combination/code which you set. The thing that looks like a keyhole is for airport security (who has a special TSA key) so that they can open your case if hey want to check what's inside without having to know your combination/code. Remember if they want to get into your case... they will get into your case. With TSA locks, you simply give them the ability to open it in such a way so that they don't have to cut off your padlocks or damage your case.

Q: how is case made expandable? Is there a zip that allows expansion?

yes its a zip, but you have to take care and take your time when using the zip, it could slip the notches.

Q: It seems different colours models have different weight. The petrol blue model is 4.1kg but the blue 3.8kg. Is this a mistake ?

We have the black, not sure of it’s weight, we both fly frequently (Airline Crew) and it adheres to British Airways carry on luggage dimensions. Much better than the 4 wheel ‘Spinners’ that tend to lose their wheels more easily and are only good on flat airport surfaces and don’t cope well on uneven pavements/sidewalks etc
