The walker is fine except it only lasted exactly 1 year due to its wheels... They got rusted and jammed very easily.... Expected better product given the price.

The walker received could not be locked in place due to the locking pin not working properly. Raised for replacement / refund request. Awaiting response from Amazon

Viscco service person helped through video call. Now it is stable. Giving 5 star for Vissco... but Amazon is worst. Received defective product from Amazon... Vissco Dura Step Walker... I purchased for medical emergency... I received the defective product after 5 days... immediately I asked for replacement.. upto 6 days I didn't receive any call from @amazonIN ... then I made a call again... they said investigation is over and replacement is not possible.. and they are not willing to hear any request from our side...
