Oléico - High Oleic Safflower Oil 32 fl. oz. (Pack of 3)

This is the lowest polyunsaturated fat Safflower oil I've found. It's got the neutral flavor to be used in anything but especially where you dont wanna use coconut, olive or avacado oil. Palm oil is healthy for you but its killing our biodiverse areas on this planet and is not sustainable. Buy this for mayo, cakes whatever its awesome! There is a lot of studies that link bad health to the excessive amount of polyunsaturated fats we eat. If you look back in history when heart disease and many other health problems began to rise in the west, it's when we started to industrially farm seed oils and use them heavily in our diet. For those times when you don't want to use lard, ghee, cocounut oil, olive oil, avacado oil this is amazing. I use it for mayo, cakes and frying and its amazing! The fact that we can get a low polyunsaturated fat neutral flavor seed oil is so great for those cooks who want to improve their diet.

My husband and I LOVE this oil. It has no taste- I hate when my food tastes like olive oil. It has a very high smoking point so my house doesn’t get smoky while I cook with it. I don’t know why safflower oil isn’t the standard oil that everyone uses instead of vegetable or olive oil. This is much better. I’ve ordered 6 bottles of this throughout the years and we still love it!

This is our preferred brand of high oleic safflower oil. Be warned though that if you buy the three bottle multi-pack, the expiration date of the oil is stamped on the outside of the multi-pack box, it is not noted on any of the individual bottles. At least on in the shipment we received. The expiration date was so far out that it was not an issue in our case.

We can’t find this in the store but it’s healthier than other oils so I’m happy to find on Amazon!

This is the best oil to cook for my doggies. They like the flavor and it’s healthier than other options. The value is great and for 3 bottles the price is truly great. A little goes a long way.

Once we started using the oil we stopped using all the other oils. About the only thing we use now besides this oil is olive oil. Do yourself a favor make the switch.

Use 3 tablespoons on dogs dry food. They get safflower oil only 1 time per month. 4 labradoodles that are picky eaters. They love their safflower oil which is also great for their skin and fur.
