I’ve been pretty interested in peptides recently, so I was excited when I came across this nasal spray and researched the benefits of Semax. This peptide is supposed to increase BDNF, which is basically like fertilizer for your brain. It’s considered a nootropic and supposed to help with mood, energy, and motivation. The price tag inside, but it contains a lot of sprays (many months worth) in just one bottle. I like how they shipped direct from the company and provide certificates of analysis to show the purity of the product. It comes in a high quality glass bottle that should be stored in the fridge after it’s first opened. If you’ve done any nasal spray before, it’s pretty similar. It leaves a little bit of a bitter residue in the back of your throat, but that only lasts for a couple minutes. I think this is more of a long term product that has increased effects over time. I just started using it and haven’t noticed much yet, but I’m excited to see the benefits over time.

I do not know if the impact on me will last. I do not know if the product quality will remain as it is today. What I do know is there is physiological evidence supporting Semax as safe & effective. And I know upon first use it made a small but marked improvement in my symptoms. I do NOT know how often it should be used to make a sustained help. It is sort of expensive, but if it helps keep me out of a nursing home for longer, then $80 per bottle is probably worth it. BDNF is extremely important in preventing mental decline. I am now using this in addition to a daily heaping amount of a quality Lion's Mane powder to keep BDNF levels up in my aging brain.

This is a quality product. Third party Lab tested. USP grade ingredients. I felt more focused after using this.

Received the Semax Nasal spray and when I opened it for the first time it had a very musty odor. The sprayer also did not work well. I tried to return the product but it’s “not returnable” so basically throwing away $85.

I’m enjoying this product so far, it’s given mental clarity results within a week of use. It can be a bit of a sting when first sprayed so I immediately plug my nose after I spray to help ease that sensation. No bad “taste” though! Easy to use, just be sure to store in the fridge! That was a small detail I could have overlooked.

I'm always wanting to try nootropics, so I was excited about one in a nasal spray formulation. If you look up the active ingredient, it's pretty awesome. It's mainly sold in Russia, from what I could find. Definitely start with the lowest dose possible. I went ahead and used 2 sprays in each nostril the first time, and ended up getting a headache that I think probably was from this. After that, I used just 1 spray in 1 nostril and was completely fine. I didn't experience any dramatic results yet, but hoping use over time will give me a bit of a cognitive boost. It does smell very mildly stinky when inhaling it, too. Not like stinky as in rotten or anything like that, but kind of like a fermented vegetable? Not sure if that's exactly how to describe it. Luckily, it doesn't last for more than a few minutes after spraying. Note also that after this is opened, it's supposed to be stored in the refrigerator. I didn't see that at first and put it in about 24 hours after opening. I think from what I looked up that it should still be fine; it's just that refrigeration makes it last longer.

I recently started using this Semax nasal spray from Quanta Nova and so far I am really liking the experience. I have done quite a bit of research on Semax and its potential cognitive benefits like focus, motivation, and memory support. I figured the nasal spray would be the best option since it is known for better absorption. The bottle feels high quality and the spray is super easy to use. I also love that the product is micron filtered, temperature controlled before shipping, and third party tested with a COA included. That gives me a lot more confidence in what I am taking. It is still too early for me to comment on big results but I do feel a slight boost in mental clarity after using it which is promising. I am going to keep using it consistently and see how it goes over the next few weeks. So far, everything looks good and I am optimistic this will become a helpful part of my routine.

I will update the review if I find the product to be effective. I just received the semax. Unfortunately it smells like plastic and the smell lingers after you use it. Also, they are using a preservative filled mixture to make the product last longer but the preservatives are terrible for health long term. I hope they read this and can offer another option where the product is mixed with sterile water and a shorter shelf life. Until then i will not reorder
