How do you open the box? I can't get the 2 buttons to move; I've pressed *hard* pulled/pushed, pried.

Hi, Thanks for your question. Our Worlds Smallest Scrabble game has 98 letter tiles and 5 blank tiles. we find that when you lay out the tiles try to space them so they do not stick together.
