Totally worth the price, sound can't get better than this at this price point.
This cajon is a good quality instrument at an affordable price point. I doubt anything can get better than this at the price offered. The absolute corners of the cajon don't play well as they're tightened to a rather wide frame I think, this limits the notes you could get near the corners. That's the only reason why I've put a 4* rating. But I think for the price, this is an excellent product that provides most of the tones that one would want in their grooves. And between the CB11 and this one, I'd prefer this one for the sound the maple provides. Great job by clapbox, hope to see more products going ahead!

Great product, delivered a couple of days in advance !!
Got this one for my 12 year old son. He loved it. A little too high for him to sit on, but I am sure in a couple of years he will be the right size for the box. The build quality is good, and I am sure it will last more than a couple of years. Not compared it with any other cajon, so cannot say how it sounds w.r.t the others, but we are completely satisfied with this purchase.

Quite good
Its a very very nice product by Clapbox. Its bass tone is amazing with three internal snares which gives a clear crisp tone while playing. It is ok for playing in small gigs, I had bought in offers at the price of Rs 3999 & I will say it values for money

American maple Tapa brings in the subtle diversity
Chose this cajon after an extensive research over Birchwood , Oakwood and Maplewood Tapa varieties and their overall impact on the tonality of the cajon. This one is the only American maple Tapa based cajon by clapbox that has a unique diversity with crisp snare tones to balanced bass tones .Got the delivery on time from Amazon.Premium finish and design .I had already played the CB 50 and the CB 65 however this one is way more diverse within the tonal periphery and range .

A CLAP FOR CLAPBOX
This is a good product considering the price I have paid for it. It is good for beginners and can be used for casual performances. I have already used this as a prop in my Mime Acts a few times and like how people react to it. Thanks to CLAPBOX.

Things I hate about this cajon
The cajon produce a buzzy sound from the internal snare wire while I tap any surface of the cajon, it should be Leight weighted as I have faced many problem while carrying it for any music event , I got back ache due to the weight and infact the bag will not last long due to it weight impact on the starps, I thought that the graphics was paint on wood surface but it was a plastic material type sheet that was placed over that tapa so whenever I play it is didn't get the feel of real acoustic , overall it's a good stuff for 5k for beginner or for small event..
