Business Benchmark Advanced Student's Book BEC Higher Paperback – Student Edition, 8 Mar. 2007

I'm using this for a business student who was planning, originally, to do BEC Vantage but now may take BEC Higher. However, whether she takes the exam or not, her general business English knowledge is increasing rapidly due to the intelligent, relevant content and pace of the book.The only minus, which is reflected in most business books, is that things have changed in the office in the past 15 years and the content could be updated a little to reflect more IT, computers, internet etc.

Book was quite interesting for me but very exam-driven.I would prefer something with wider perspective and more helpful for self-study.

If I had known it didn't come with an audio CD, I wouldn't have bought it... Expensive, dull (like most exam books), terribly heavy-going (not to mention 'incomplete' without CD which costs another packet to buy separately).
