I thought my existing bulbs were bright until I installed these!
I refitted LED bulbs to all my Ikea ceiling lights a few years ago, upgrading from fluorescent bulbs, like a lot of us did. I bought bulbs equivalent to about 60w, and they were great.However... I always though I could do with a little more light, and decided to buy these. The same shape as most normal LED ES bulbs, they were fitted in seconds, and the difference is like night and day, literally.SO. BRIGHT.They are excellent. A nice, crisp white light, rather than the horrible yellowy 'warm' white light you can get. Who the hell wants yellow rooms?!Once fitted, that's it - you don't need to do a thing, ever again.Non dimmable, but for this price that's to be expected. I don't have any intention of dimming lounge lights.I could really have summed up with THEY ARE BRIGHT, AND THEY WORK.That's all that really matters.

Lasted 3 years but happy with it.
I am not sure what's the normal lifespan for LED bulbs but one of the 2 that I purchased lasted 3 years and now has failed. Personally I expected it to last 4 to 5 years but I guess 3 years is not a bad run.

Bit warmer than expected but nice and bright.
Seem a little bit warmer than I would have expected for 4000K, a touch yellow for my taste but very nice bright bulb and a very good price (less than £2.50 each). Hopefully they will have a good lifespan.
