My daughters absolutely love homemade empanadas, and these pie crusts make them so easy to prepare. The dough is easy to work with, seals well around the edges, and bakes to a beautiful golden color with a flaky texture. We filled ours with guava, and they turned out delicious. It’s a great time-saver without sacrificing taste, and we’ll definitely keep buying them.

My first time making a chicken pot pie at home and it turned out wonderfully! The dough is on the thinner side but easily moldable. Just make sure it sits out for 15 minutes before trying to stretch it.

This is my go to! It’s homemade or Pillsbury - tried other brands and will never, ever again! Delicious for quiches too so I keep some around for a quick and delicious brunch or lite dinner. Love the texture and quality - easy to roll out (won’t fall apart; just the right thickness and width for a 8-9” pie dish) and tastes great (buttery without grittiness) and bakes evenly without scorching.

Because there is no waxed paper on both sides before the pastry is rolled by the manufacturer, it can be difficult to unroll without tearing the crust. I’ve found that if I slowly unroll the crust on a large cookie sheet or lightly floured pastry cloth , stopping as soon as I reach the next semi-frozen section, I can control that.
