I've tried the stick version and found it worked really well so when I found this on here, I quickly ordered it. It takes a while to get to the US from Japan, but it is worth it! After chewing it for a bit, I can really feel more awake and focused, but not jittery like drinking too much coffee/soda/sugar nor does it cause my heart rate to speed up like some energy shots. I also don't get the tired crash I usually feel awhile after drinking a soda. Some people talk about the strong menthol taste and, while I agree, I've never had an issue with it. It's a very strong mint taste that quickly wears off. If you've ever eaten an Altoid's mint or similar, it's like that but only until you've given it a good chew.
