this is a very nice carry-on bag very sturdy nice lock system many of extras inside for storage and the cost is extremely reasonable got it right before going on a flight and was quite happy with it. My only complaint which they didn’t take away starts from. Was that the two handles that you can carry it like if you want to carry it is that the handle straps are a little tight so I can rub against your finger fingers the actual pull bar has two positions and is very good and of course with four wheels that turn in all directions it’s easy to guide around

This is a great little bag, with one BIG caveat, it is too deep, 10 inches, for an acceptable carry on bag from United, Delta, and American, all of which require a bag 9 inches deep, or more precisely, 14"x9"x22". For Southwest, it is good to go. It looked a bit fat when I took it out of the box, so I measured it, and then checked the description on Amazon. It's my bad for not checking before purchasing. I will be returning as I don't want to risk having to check my bag.

It’s light and zips and fits in the overhead bins. So in theory does everything it is built to do. But it came locked - and I had to look it up online how to unlock the zippers (and as much as I want to be the nice person who gives you the how-to in this situation, I honestly can’t remember how to unlock it - what I do remember is to just not lock it...). The handle is oddly loose. I don’t think it’ll break, but the handle also isn’t giving me the most confidence. Lastly the design is to be slim and sleek - but that leaves a lack of a handle that can keep a jacket on top of it while going through the airport (which shouldn’t be a big deal - until you find yourself traveling between 110 degree and 60 degree weather, where that sweatshirt really comes in handy, so long as you didn’t lose it halfway through the airport because it slipped off the suitcase without you noticing...) But at this point the suitcase has traveled across the country a few times, been through countless packing/unpacking opportunities, and it fits everything I’ve needed. So long story short? You get what you pay for. And it works when you need a suitcase.

I really liked this carry-on. It is good quality for the price. I also bought one in a different color for my grandson. It works well. I ended up returning mine because I decided I had to have an outside pocket but would still recommend it.

We have both the 20" and 24" bags. They are excellent quality for price. The polycarbonate shell, handles and zippers are well designed and are holding up to baggage handler abuse. The interior of the bag has a good quality lining and there are multiple storage pouches and dividers, which you can chose to use or not, but they are functional. These bags have the expansion zipper, which is not available several of the competing bags. Like all the new spinner type luggage, the wheels are out where they can get damaged. We like the bags a lot. There are better bags with finer materials and construction, but they cost many times more than these bags. After all, It is luggage and, cheap or luxury, it is going to get beat up. So far we haven't had a problem. What we did do was buy the extended warranty (less than $5 per bag) that takes the warranty to 4 years, has no deductible and provides free shipping in both directions. I don't normally buy extended warranties, but warranting luggage seems like bad business for the insurer and thus good business for me. The insurer is Allstate Insurance.

I LOVE THIS LUGGAGE! My ONLY complaint is the LOGO "Amazon BASICS" is a little embarrassing and its all over the luggage. That aside, its great... really "well" made, whatever that means anymore. Love the locking system … love the compartments. Will buy the matching pieces as needed. UPDATE: walking up a flight of stairs, carrying the luggage by the handle, the first handle BROKE in half sending the luggage tumbling down the stairs and nearly hitting the man at the bottom. I ran down and grab the bag from the OTHER handle which ALSO broke a second later. Keep in mind, I had NORMAL 3 day weekend CLOTHING in the bag... no bricks! Not fun on a NYC subway.

I bought this suitcase as an affordable alternative to the fancy hard-shell suitcases that I saw people scooting around in the airport. When I used it for the first time, I cursed myself for having waited so long before getting one. I bought it in 2019 and I used it A LOT over the next few years. It is designed to fit neatly in the overhead compartments, and the interior compartments are simple, useful, and effective. But wheeling it around was the game changer. It was so easy to move around in the airports, sidewalks, and cobblestone streets. I loved it. After about 2 years of use, the handle started to stick as I would collapse it. At first it only needed a little extra nudge, but with each trip it needed more force/manipulation for it to collapse. After a year of this dance, it finally broke. Overall I liked it, and wish it hadn't broke. I hope they fix the problem for future customers. I'll replace it with a more costly, higher quality version of this suitcase from another brand.

Se me hace u na buena maleta y resistente, es bueno tambien para que no nos cobren exceso de equipaje, ya que cubre las medicas y no se podir mexceder de peso amenos que se lleve algo fuera de lo normal, se me hace un producto por precio y calida, es recomendable.

Highly recommend for short and long travels, it is very specious and can swallow tons of stuff with no issues.

I took this bag on a trip through a number of airports on a trip to Europe and it survived the expected banging around by the baggage handlers without complaint. The wheels and handle and case all survived without damage and came home in good working order, with just the usual heavy scuff-marks you'd expect these days. I found it a good size for the travel who travels light, and the size measurements in the description, accurate. I'd recommend it.
