Perfect motions light
I absolutely love this light, it has a soft glow it’s has a wide range for motion detection. It looks really nice. I do wish it was rechargeable.

Just a heads up on where you place it
This light works very well for my intended purpose, to light a hallway that is very dark (pitch black) at night, but I need to warn people of one potential flaw. My hallway is empty but for a heater midway. I had put in two light sconces to either side of it, and wanted to put these two sensors for when we entered the hall, it would then light our way through, and turn off when we passed. It did this until I turned on the heater. The heat from the heater is enough to cause the lights to turn on for their fifteen seconds, then off then right back on, over and over for as long as the heater burns. While i live in Los Angeles and only use the heater for maybe six weeks of the year, they are useless to me for that long. You in northern regions need to remember to avoid heat vents and such when you place them or you'll run through AAA batteries fast!

These are the Best
I was looking for a battery operated lamp and motion sensor because I have a short hallway that is dark and no outlet to put a electric lamp . I found these and they are perfect for the space. They aren't on all the time but when you start down the hallway they come on for about 10-15 seconds than they go off. I have two cats that are on the dark side so I was so afraid of not seeing them and tripping. These lamp are small and not very bright but just enough lightening so I'm not tripping over cats or anything else. I would recommend these if you are looking for a small lamp. . They give off just enough light to see where your stepping.

Motion sensor a bit slow
I've only taken one of the pair out of the box but assume the other will work the same. Room has to be quite dark for the motion sensor to activate and seems a bit slow to do so. I have another brand's under-cabinet rechargeable lights that come on instantly even in the daytime when I walk by, just because my kitchen doesn't get full direct sun all day--they are very sensitive. This GAGAYA Portable PIR Motion Sensor Retro LED Night Light is not that sensitive to motion or dimness, I wonder if the difference is that they operate on AAA batteries instead of the rechargeable built in Lithium-ion Battery that the under-cabinet lights use. Other than that, very useful and will help alleviate my granddaughter's fears of going into the bathroom on her own when it's dark, and also will help my elderly husband not have to fumble for the light switch on the wall. I think I'll use the second one on my work-from-home desk to light up when I get ready to start work.

Detects Motion Immediately
What I like about these motion sensor lighting, is how quick they detect movement and the light source immediately turns on. I have one in the living room area and the second one in the dining area. No more navigating in the dark and worried that I'm going to bump into a table or chair. Set up was easy, insert batteries and ready to go

Jealousy purchase
I saw these at my Sister’s pad and as an older guy who has to get up in the middle of the night to go take a leak I love this thing in the bathroom. I paired it with one of them potty party lights that shines in the bowl and turns the water a different color to both improve my aim and make late night trips to the John a bit more fun. These lights are great. And do exactly what you need them to do. They provide just the right amount of light. Plenty to see by but not enough to wake you up completely and have you fighting to fall back asleep. Clearly, I use them as motion activated secondary lights after lights out.

Can’t get batteries in
Terrible! Very cheaply made and they have screws on the bottom where the batteries go. It did come with a little mini screwdriver, but it doesn’t work. It’s as if the screws are stripped or the screwdriver is not the right size. So, couldn’t even use them.

Lights put off a fair amount of light
One of the 4 lights I purchased didn't work, I even put in new batteries. The other 3 worked well though.
