Great product +++++ - better than I would have anticipated and worth the money (and the wait as delivery time is a bit on the long side). From no great distance I would actually not have thought they weren’t real candles (which we used to use until we realised that the gradual build-up of soot was discolouring our ceilings). In fact, I think they are even more effective than the real thing as in addition to a great moving flame effect and realistioc appearence, they throw a subtle but effective pattern of light up the wall behind them which you would not get with real candles, yet this by no means looks entirely unnatural. Battery life not bad at all and easy to recharge with one single multi plug charging lead. The remote control is a very convenient bonus for turning on-and-off without from a distance without needing to use the switch in the bases of each candle. Can thoroughly recommend to any candle lovers who don't want either a sooty ceiling or having to keep replacing disposable batteries as in other artificial candles. :-)

Love these they look great and give off a good light and the flicker function is good too. Middle one sometimes won’t switch on when you click on, on the remote control so have to do it a 2nd time - charge holds quite well too. Prefer them to real candles as they give me a headache.

Easy to use, decent product!

These candles are wonderful, they have built in lithium batteries which last a good while, I need to charge them twice week and I have them on every night for 7 hours! That I would say is very good performance. They are charged from a lead that goes into a USB socket and take around 3 quarters of an hour to charge depending on depletion (of course lithium batteries should never be totally discharged for longevity)The 'flame' seems to be a white reflective piece on a metal pin over a hole in the centre of the candle and an LED of a warm white colour in front under a lip inside the candle, under this is a small rotating polarity electro-magnet that moves the flame piece with light bouncing off of it from the LED, the effect is very realistic.They come with a small remote control that even works through a red stained glass lantern so you can turn them off or indeed time them to go off when desired 2, 4 ,6 or 8 hours hence.I would recommend this product highly.

Even though I thought this set of three candles was a little pricey, I'm totally happy with this purchase. I highly recommend them! They come with a quality charging cable that charges all three at once and when charging they glow red so you know when they're done. The remote works great and if the candles are far enough apart, you can control them individually.The flame part is the best and most unexpected, it really does look like a real flame, to the extent that when I reach over one of the candles I find myself going around it because I don't want to get burned! Of course I won't get burned but it just looks so real! Another nice surprise, they cast a flickering light on the wall and ceiling. They are great to put on at night when you're watching a movie, for some low light. I really love them and will buy some more later on. (Wish they were cheaper)

Very yellow, non moving flame. Just a solid flame shaped plastic blob with lights inside. It does flicker slightly but nothing like the ones shown in images.

Love these candles, they look so realistic and make the room look so much cosier. Even better with the timer feature and remote, definitely would recommend these to anyone wanting realistic candle light in their homes!

When I received this item one of the candles wasn't working.i contacted the seller and they promptly replied offering to send replacement however I had to wait a further 2 weeks for a replacement to arrive. Since then the set have worked fine.I have them on for 6 hours per day and they need charging every four days. The medium size (which is the replacement) appears to be a slightly lighter colour and the red charging light does not go off when fully charged as the other two do. Overall these candles give a lovely glow and do not require costly batteries.

One stopped working after a couple months but that may be due to taking a fall from the back of the toilet into the wastebasket. Contacted the seller and they sent a new set. Easy to charge, look real, last a decent amount of time, good seller. Recommend.
