Edit: editing this because the lifter has completely failed on cylinder 2. This isn’t the additive fault and the lifter was too far gone to fix. I’m sure if I added it a few thousand miles before it might’ve helped but after 230k miles it needs a new motor I bought this so fix a lifter tick on my Chevy. I thought it would work since I read the reviews. But after adding the two bottles of the oil, and driving 300 miles. The tick has actually gotten louder. I’m not going to say that the oil made it get worse but it definitely didn’t prevent it. I’m sure it works for other people and I will give it the benefit of the doubt that my truck is just worn and nothing will fix it. But either way it didn’t perform the way I expected

quieted gm lifter noise. note that it did take some time and did not work instantly. been adding it evert oil change on my 2001 5.3 and 2012 6.2

Not sure if they were sent all beat to crap or if they were beat to crap when delivered. Box was not damaged, so I believe they were sent all beat to shet. I was lucky they were not punctured.

I use 1 can of this with every oil change on my 07 X3 with the N54 motor. Anyone who has an early N54 motor knows about the lifter tick they can have. This stuff keeps it quiet between oil changes. I would highly recommend. Just for reference, I do 7500 mile oil changes with Castrol 0w-40 or 5w40.

The product is very good. I used it in a Tiguan that I bought used. 70,000 km on it. The hydraulic chain tensioner becomes sluggish over time; it sticks a bit. The hydraulic tappets do too. This slightly alters the valve timing. After cleaning, everything runs like new again. You can clearly feel it in the engine. It runs smoother and accelerates better. The metallic rattle when accelerating is completely gone. Try it! You'll be happy!
