Superb gadget especially for anyone with children/grandchildren. Cheaper after making a few than buying from stalls/shops etc. So easy to make, so easy to clean. Some people have written its difficult to clean. No. Science/baking lesson...What happens to sugar when on contact with water..? It melts. DO NOT SCRAPE to get it clean. This will damage the heating area thus quickly breaking the machine. Take out the centre piece, place into water, couple of minutes after wipe as you do normal pot washing. Clean as new. Using a cloth that I kept wetting using hand hot water, squeeze then wipe over the stuck candy that's occurred on the base. May take a while depending how much is stuck on but eventually like new. I have taken midway to finish pictures (forgotten to picture the whole mess at the start, duh me). Overall..cheap after a few batches, you've literally got your money back and more. Easy to clean. Many flavours with taste. Put into tubs for a later treat. Definitely recommend this product.

I bought this ahead of my daughters' birthday parties in spring, to test it out in case it was a dud. After trying it out though, it certainly isn't! The machine is easy to assemble and set up as long as you follow the instructions. It doesn't take long to start making candy floss and although it might take a minute to get your gathering technique on point, it's quick and easy to learn. We had lovely candy floss within minutes and the girls both loved it! Cleaning up is very quick and easy as well, you can just pop the removable parts in warm water to melt the sugar off and a wet sponge will take care of any sugar stuck to the machine itself. I will say that you should not expect to have a massive cloud of candy floss on your stick; the portions are very much child-sized but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Whilst the machine does need to cool down for 15 minutes after 5 sticks' worth, it is perfect for smaller birthday parties or just a special treat. It's cheaper than hiring out a cart from an entertainment place but definitely worth the money!

Fab! Kids love it! Easy to use once you get the hang of it, but the whole family had such a laugh trying to figure out the best method of collecting the cotton candy whilst making 🤣

quite compact, ok for family of 4 use, lots of fun for my girls. you can make 5 cotton candies and need to wait to cool down, but it's not a big issue

Brought in December used once then put away in box got out this week and the motor won't spin tried getting in touch with company through amazon and the link amazon give shows a website no longer available. I am now waiting on refund and collection of product through amazon not a happy customer do not buy

The candyfloss maker we received works, following the instructions carefully, although it takes a lot longer than 5 minutes to heat up enough for the candyfloss to be created (maybe 8 or 9 minutes). However, the bowl and base are both plastic and the way they clip together is not secure enough. As the plastic warms up I guess it expands slightly because by the time we are making the second or third portion the bowl no longer fits into the groove and it begins to rattle around the base- at one point my daughter said it fell down and sent sugar flying. Operating the device is now a 2-person job with one to make the candyfloss and another to hold the bowl in position. I contacted the supplier via their website but have received no response so far. I think we will keep the machine and possibly gaffa-tape the bowl on each time we use it, but with hindsight I wish I'd paid a little more for a better-known brand.

Really great product, it can be tricky at first so make sure you read the instructions but once you get the hang of it it’s easy enough. Can be a pain to clean

Ich wurde nach meinen Erfahrungen mit dieser Maschine gefragt. Antwort: Ich habe keine! Das Gerät hat einen Stecker, der vielleicht in Amerika oder in England in eine Steckdose passt, aber nicht in Deutschland. Ich habe das Gerät am selben Tag wieder zurückgeschickt.

Wird mit Englischemstecker versendet!! Da die Maschine als Geschenk gedacht war, was das leider etwas ärgerlich ! Anstonsten funktioniert sie gut und die Qualität ist dem Preis entsprechend
