Hello I bought this for the purpose of doing hip thrusts and it’s the best one I’ve ever used so far I’m currently hip thrusting 405lbs for 10+ reps and I’m Having no pain from the weight sinking into my hips it’s also very wide so anyone can do hip thrusts with it

Me ha encantado este producto. Me ayudó a facilitar muchos ejercicios, desde lagartijas hasta pesos muertos a una pierna, pero sobre todo, he mejorado mucho mi equilibrio. Vale la pena invertir en un producto como este, sobre todo cuando se inicia un programa de entrenamiento de calistenia o alguna otra disciplina, en la que es mejor tener un equilibrio adecuado y un buen estado de articulaciones y ligamentos, tanto para hombres como mujeres.

Very comfortable to step on and exercise. Takes away commonplace foot aches from your normal course of the day.

What I like about this exercise pad is that it is just like the pad used by my physical therapist. Therefore there is no difference in the experience between the two. The pad has excellent adhesion to a carpet or wood floor, so there is no chasing the pad around while using it. Good Job. Received before the original delivery date, which, in my opinion is another PLUS! Thanks!
