I've had these for about 4 weeks now. This is my first pair of wireless buds. I was worried they might fall out and get lost. They fit so well I have no worries about losing one. Even a vigorous shake of the head doesn't seem to move them. In spite of that they're very comfortable even after hours of listening. The sound quality is what I like most. So musical and pure sounding. To me they sound much better than far more expensive headphones I've had over the years. The noise reduction doesn't seem to make much difference on or off, but the sound isolation is so good it doesn't matter. The battery seems to last ages and they get a top up when stored in the case. The only very slight negative is the control buttons on them. I press them every time I adjust one or even touch the side if my face, either pausing the music or putting them into ambient mode by mistake. Another press and is all sorted but not ideal. In terms of pairing and controlling, the app is good and they pair easily. The price is good at the moment because there is a newer version but I would say get them while they're cheap and still available.

Love these earphones. They were recommended by a friend and he was right, they’re great value for money. Comfortable in the ear, easy to set up and easy to use. The sound is good and the aesthetic is even better. Love the colour of them

These Sony headphones have a high build quality and reliably connect. Very comfortable to wear. Small case with long lasting battery charge. Sound is good, but will not blow you away. Ideal headphones provided you're not buying them for noise cancelling. Noise cancelling is non-existent on my Sony ones, outside of the noise blocked out by the fit of the headphones. Tried different headphone tips included, but did not help. No difference noticeable when switching between the noise cancelling options on the app. Have recently bought a pair of the new Bose quiet comfort earbuds released Sep 2024. These are much dearer than the Sony ,but actually have effective noise cancelling from cars when walking or whilst commuting on train. Sound of the Bose is not that different from the Sony and the Bose have a bigger case and headphones, however they do deliver on their noise cancelling which is what I was really looking for.

Outstanding item. Great quality sound, comfortable fit, noise cancelling, very pleased and I am a bit of a sound snob, I hate poor quality sound reproduction. These are brilliant.

I bought these earbuds after my previous Sony ones stopped working because I liked the design and the sound quality. To my surprise, the left earbud stopped working the second day, so I requested a change and that was my mistake, I should have requested a refund and buy other brand. But I thought that was only bad luck and Sony was considered a good brand, so I waited for the new pair to arrive and on less than a week it was impossible to use them for calls because the microphone wasn't working. To my surprise I was directed to the Sony website were I found that this was so common that it was in the FAQ. I looked for reviews and this is happening to everyone. I requested a repair to Amazon and they never came to pick them up, there is no way to contact Royal Mail and my only option is to cancel the repair. What I cannot understand is how these are sold since this issue is known by the brand and by Amazon. How can you sell something that clearly doesn't work? How has this passed the quality controls? And the worst part, how is possible that there's no way for me to solve this issue? So I have them at home, not being able to used them and constantly remind me that I've been fooled by them, not one, but two times. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Good and sound quality ok for audio and podcasts. If for music buffs you may consider upping the spend if possible. For my untrained ear they are OK. These were purely for my laptop.

I bought these to replace a pair of Jabra Elite 75Ts. I’d had the Jabras for a good few years and the noise cancelling was good - perfect for long haul flights. Sadly they lost the ability to hold a charge after I had left them unused for about 6 months. So, I’m led down the Amazon route and those Sonys come up well recommended. Then you ask “why have you only given them three stars?” The Sony App - what a faff, worse than useless. It tries to get you to log into Spotify (I don’t want that account) it tries Amazon Music - no I use Apple. The signing in process is so painful and the registration asks for a serial number but there are so many multi digit numbers on the packaging yet not one of them has an indicator that it is the serial number. The sound is lovely, but again the tap operation on each ear is just not intuitive. I have a pair of Shokz OpenRun and they are great, the Jabras were easy. But these just annoy me. I’ve got a monster long haul later in the month and I urgently needed noise cancelling headphones hence this purchase. I’m truly not convinced and I would suggest that you hold off buying them too.

I am impressed though I've only had them an hour. Nice sound for the money. Voices sound just about right. Quite a bassy backdrop to the sound. As soon as I placed them in my ears felt comfortable and unattrusive, nor did either of them feel like they were about to drop out - I have trouble with my right ear! So far with all bells and whistles switched on power levels on ' both ' earbuds are balanced the same and have dropped to 70% equal. The charging case and buds seemed to have all been fully charged up which is very convenient and I didn't have to charge before use! Thank you Sony. More later Today on my third day I've had these buds in for two hours and they are both still showing 100%! I am still impressed by the comfort and sound quality in particular the surprising deep bass I've experienced ,real ' basso profundo' very good value for money so far! My image is it's status after use from 10am to 4pm! Impressed 👍 I can't understand where those deep notes come from! When they get multipoint I think they will be very good value for money! If I lost a bud they are cheap enough to buy again. Good value! Yesterday I was watching the Coronation of King Charles III and listening on these earbuds such a powerful sound!! And wide sound stage too. Powerful sound of the choirs state trumpeters and even deep notes from the organ at Westminster abbey. Remarkable!! A little tip for Sony 700n users. As you might know, this app can connect with two different devices. I have got mine connected to my Surfans MP3 player, which means I can leave that device in my pocket or backpack and operate everything from the Sony app. It's easy to connect and quite convenient. This includes changing the volume and tracks and all the normal functions of the Sony app, including your MP3 player. Very convenient!
