Brain Games - Word Searches - Large Print (Red) (Brain Games Large Print)

I have now purchased 3 of these books for elderly relatives. It is perfect -- it's larger than the usual 5X7 books, so it is easier for elderly hands to hold. It also lays flat, so they don't struggle to hold it open. The print is large and the searches are interesting. All three recipients have loved this book.

This book really adds game to its word searches. It as an element of challenge that is unusual in finding the words. Somewhat like you're treasure hunting with excitement. It also has a few number searches in it as well. The number searches weren't as hard as I thought they would be. I really like the challenge of the number puzzles and wish there were more included. Another element of this book is that the puzzle is not always in a square. The shape of the puzzle many times corresponds with the title of the search. This book adds spice to its puzzle challenge. Very different and very engaging. Yes, the print is large and good too.

These are my mom's favorite brand of word search books. She loves that they lay flat due to the spiralalbinding.

It takes a LONG time to solve this puzzle!

Nice! Got it as a gift for my grandma. I think she will love it.

I liked the larger print, a bit easier on the eyes. It keeps my brain healthy. I also like the spiral type binding. I am left handed and it is easier just to flip to the book stays open. Will definitely purchase again. Also my 7 and 8 y/o grandkids enjoy the puzzles to. I just keep it on the end table for all. They will go through and write their name on the ones they want to solve, which I think is cute. And it keeps them off technology for awhile.

I enjoyed these crossword puzzles. There are plenty of crosswords in this and I’d say starts as easier, to intermediate, to advanced challenges.
