I was expecting this to arrive in a playable state. But this was not the case. The controller was not useable. Left stick, rubber cover not included. And it has a venom power pack (uncharged), which I can't use. As I can't charge it because it obviously requires a venom charger. Eventually, the console stopped working. Just a black screen. Wholey dissatisfied. This refurb was half done. And wasn't checked properly before being sent out.

Cheapest way to get a Xbox one on Amazon. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Give yourself enough time for updates, and the Xbox one has to install the disc and the updates before you can play. You'll have to ignore the 'ready to play' wording on most game home screens as they won't play fully until updated! I would also recommend an Ethernet cable, as we've found the wireless connection not great, maybe it's us, but both Xbox's don't like our WiFi. Controller got an annoying squeak on the trigger, but not major, I suppose.

Received the day after ordering. I was amazed how clean it is and everything works perfectly. Came with controller and leads, no battery but I had spares anyway. Overall great purchase and top seller!
