DouglasToys Wave Rider Humpback Whale

Mine didn't come with sparkly fins, like the photo shows, but I'm actually happy that it didn't. Other than plain white fins, the whale looks like the photo. Also, this toy is so, so, so soft! There is an area between the fins, on the whale's under side, that feels like it is filled with small beads, and the rest is soft stuffing. The length comes in just under 12 inches.

I like this whale, I got it through Amazon warehouse deals so it was a little cheaper... I don't think I got the right whale though. It is not very big, only a little larger than a beanie baby, and there are no sparkles on the fins... It is still cute, and my kid doesn't notice.

SPARKLES! We weren't expecting sparkles on this at all, they were a bonus that made my 6 y/o daughter squeal with delight. She hasn't put down her "Starwhale" since it arrived. This has made me sad, as it's ridiculously soft and cuddly and she isn't letting ME have a go. This is the first toy I've ever seen that has actually looked like a genuine whale, the shape is realistic and so is the detail on it. If you are thinking about letting this toy humpback it's way into your life, then go ahead. You won't regret it.

I seriously treasure this little guy.Not every day you find a humpback whale plush!I keep him with me when I go to bed. (I'm 21 years old by the way) He's super soft, and his under belly is made of a different,ridged material, The ends of his flippers have these little sparkle bits and it is absolutely precious!!!!I couldn't be any more happier with him!! Very well made, I highly recommend!Very very cute!!!!!

Recently I've been obsessing over whales. I was talking with one of my friends and she convinced me to buy this and I'm glad I did. It's wicked cute and soft. Mine didn't come with any sparkles on it anywhere which I'm thankful for. Happy I listened to my friend and purchased this.

My humpback didn't have any of the sparkle accents =( I still love it... But that was a selling point, I would have preferred a bigger plush...

my 3 year old is obssessed with Humpback whales and all whales. HE sleeps with this soft toy every night. Its easy to wash too.

I bought this for my grandson he absolutely loves it. If you have a child that loves all sea creatures this is excellent.
