An awesome book, easy to read and understand; and with deep knowledge not only on farming, but also on merchandising milk and dairy products directly to consumers. This book leads the reader from the mere idea of start a small dairy farm to develop an actual small dairy business, including all aspects as legal, financial, animal husbandry, dairy quality, and more.
