Increases my energy throughout the day, also helps me fall asleep (weird I know). This helps fix and regulate my circadian rhythm.I take vitamin D as I spend almost no time in the sun, I try to get 10 minutes in the morning, But it's not always possible. The sun also just wipes me out energy wise, and I burn so very easily, So I just avoid it. That's where this supplement comes into play. it really helps boost my vitamin D level.I was previously taking 4, 2000IU (same brand) and went with these as I like this brands quality, And figured it would be easier to take 2 5,000IU, also this bottle will last longer (about a month longer then the lower IU one I was using)I currently take 2 of these every morning. At first I thought vitamin D was hindering me from falling asleep but it turns out it was just an adjustment period. After taking 2 of these for a couple days, things evened out and I was back to a regular sleep schedule, waking up around 8am, getting sleepy around 11pm, falling into bed at 12am, and asleep by 1am ( I have to read to fall asleep, so I do that until I just can't keep my eyes open).Really appreciating the regular sleep cycle, with better energy throughout the day.These capsules are so tiny, I have no trouble swallowing them. About the size of a tic-tac. These always show up with an expiration date that is realistic (never received an expired product).

Take these every day per dr’s request, apparently, when you get older most people need d3. Mine was low and so was my husband’s. They are small and easy to swallow. No stomach upset but I read they work better when taken with food. Any of the 3 vitamins work better when taken with food, like b3 as well!!

Take one daily

This is the same type capsule as the ones I bought at the grocery store. 3.5X amount. Very good price. It is easy to swallow. Capsule size is small and I have dropped one or two due to my carelessness. These are essential in the winter time in Ohio.

Easy to swallow pills which is a big plus in my book. They are tiny so even those who have difficulty swallowing pills shouldn’t have a problem. Wish all my vitamins were this small.
