Got spearmint, it tastes awful and there's no sensation like with an actual vape. When you hit it, it's hard to get the air to come through even on the fully open setting (you have to twist the mouthpiece to adjust airflow). It's heavy and tactile which is satisfying but it also smells abhorrent, nothing like mint or what they claim to be essential oils. To make a disposable product with this much metal seems counterintuitive because of the waste and environmental harm disposable vapes already create. I presume that's so they can "justify" its price. Don't get this flavor. It isn't worth it. I don't find the inhalation aspect very effective either.

Got this to try and quit vaping, so far i love the flavor, and ability to fidget!

Over priced. Pointless. Ineffective. Literally just breathing air, no throat hit, flavor is so faint its barely noticeable. All the other reviews about the triangular mouth piece are spot out, its very awkward. Just more expensive plastic trash to fill up landfills with.

I have been using these for 1 month! I have not vaped at all in that time! I hardly even need anything anymore, Of course there are certain times I still do need something like….. with my coffee in the morning sometimes or in the car occasionally but these worked for me.

It's no different from hitting a vape with a dead battery. If that's what you want, just don't throw away the one you're using now. On top of that, the spearmint flavor is actually peppermint. Disgusting.

Füm’s Spearmint sucks due to its weak flavor. Have ordered Crisp Mint several times with no complaints. Unfortunately Crisp Mint is apparently difficult to obtain these days, so I substituted with this Spearmint flavored Füm which I find nearly flavorless and utterly pathetic. Very disappointing product. Füm should focus on producing more Crisp Mint to meet demand especially since it is a far more superior flavor/product.

It and okay alternative. A little too strong on flavor, choked me out.

This didn’t work for me as a quitting aid. The flavour tasted very artificial and left a bad after taste, and while you do inhale, it’s missing the satisfying exhale, which is a big part of the vaping experience. Without that, it just didn’t feel effective or comparable.

Fantastic helped with the cravings

I bought this thing to help me quit smoking, thinking it would magically trick my brain with “nicotine-free flavored air.” Spoiler alert: it did not. It’s literally just scented air pretending to be helpful. Cute idea, absolutely zero impact. My hand-to-mouth habit looked impressed… my brain? Not so much. It’s marketed like it’ll change your life with essential-oil wizardry, but honestly it felt like I paid good money to inhale vibes. What actually worked? A Zero-Nicotine OXBAR . Switched to that, and boom - success. Meanwhile, my FÜM is somewhere in a drawer living its best life as a very fancy stick. If you want results, skip the aromatherapy cosplay and get something that actually does the job. 😂

Flavor is nice. Luv the ability to adjust the air flow and luv the soft chewable top. Only reason not 5 stars is bc the device itself is very thick. More like a cigar size than cigarette. Awkward to hold.

Feels like a rip off. Product is flimsy and barely taste of anything. I'd be fine with half the price, but it's just not worth 30 bucks
