They promptly resolved the issue and sent us a replacement printer within a week. The new printer is now set up and functions perfectly. We would certainly consider repurchasing if we need another one in the future.

I ordered this printer from amazon seller Reliable Printers because our old P3015DN was acting up and I was unable to buy a new printer that fit the specs and price point we needed (must be some laser printer shortage right now). I was a bit wary about ordering a refurb through amazon, but everything came well packed and working out of the box. Our refurb unit had a little under 50k prints on it, which is great as our old unit was over 300k. This should hold us over until we can burn through our already purchased toner and wait for new laser printers to be available again.
