Must recommended, I would say, use it over night and even in tough situations of ear wax in about 2 times use, the wax really does lighten n float up and super easy to remove it. I highly recommend this after two uses of the product since its purchase. a really safe for all people product also , too bad indian markets do not sell it and neither do our USELESS E N T docs ever give this wax cleaner, stupid and mediocre as they r and commercial poor side of indian medicine.However, the delivery time is around 2 weeks which is kinda the only weaknessEven an ordinary ear bud works fine once the wax floats atop.

Its a bit pricey, than other earwax removal drops available in the market & the performance of this product varies from person to person. Don't expect that it will do some magic to your earwax & everything will be cleared in a single day.I purchased it for my 5 year old son & it worked well for his case.The earwax came out within 3 -4 days.In my case it took almost more than 2 weeks to get rid of the earwax.So please be patient.

Tips:1) MAKE SURE TO LET IT SIT FOR A FULL 30min. I got impatient and tried after 15min with limited results, I then forced myself to let it sit for 30min and tried again and sure enough, out came the wax.2) You need a water bulb too, use warm water, and make sure you insert it into your ear as far as its comforable and push hard on the bulb. You want a very strong jet of water to break apart and push out the wax plug. I tried maybe 10-15 times before getting it up in my ear and pushing hard before it finally came out.Other than that, its very simple. Drops in the ear, wait 30min, flush it out with hard jet of warm water, success!

Product is not so effective as it claims

I. Got cheated. I was sent the medicine which expired in dec 21. I did not realise it until I finally opened it today. And saw the expiry date was Dec 21. While I bought the product in Nov 21.

Expensive and does nothing..used it for 5 continuous days

The product worked great, highly recommended. Just be patient and read the instructions. On the second day, I suggest you start using something to gently spray water and flush the ear.

These drops worked great! I had gone scuba diving and some water had gotten trapped in my ear and it had been a couple days. I don’t want it to get infected or anything so I had to try something. Put 10 drops in my ear, layer on my side for 5min then put a folded up paper towel in the snap of a tootsie roll into my ear just on the outside part of the canal not down into it, and let the solution continue to sit for about 20-30min while I was walking around doing stuff in my house. Then I used an Ear Irrigation Flushing System I also bought on Amazon and flushed my ear with warm water. It is important you use warm water cold water could make you feel nauseous. So much wax came out of my ear, I was like omg this is gross lol it was around 3-4 large balls of wax and then some smaller pieces as well. Idk if the drops alone will help you need some sort of way to then flush out the ear wax. I can finally hear again and my ears feel so clean and not blocked anymore. Highly recommend. I also did this myself so it is absolutely possible to do the drops and flush on your own. You can also feel where to direct the water stream in your ear to unlodge the earwax. Will definitely be keeping this on standby in case it happens again.

Generalmente no acostumbro hacer reseñas de productos pero en esta ocasión tengo que hacer una excepción, este producto es excelente si se utiliza de la manera correcta, tenía el oído derecho tapado y no escuchaba prácticamente nada, francamente al cuarto día comenzaba a desesperarme pero las gotas funcionaron muy bien después de aplicar las dosis correctas durante cuatro días (de 5 a 10 gotas) y dejar que actuen por una media hora, se siente como burbujas con efecto efervescente o cosquillitas, también algo que es muy importante es tener un aplicador de agua para lavar el oído después de usar Debrox tal como una jeringa desechable o una bombita de agua para hacer el lavado de oído posterior a la aplicación del producto, use agua tibia aunque recomiendo que este algo más caliente como a unos 30 a 35 grados Celsius, el agua tiene que ser aplicada con cierta presión para que salga la cera del oído, la verdad quede impresionado al ver la cantidad de cerumen que salió de mi oído y en ese momento sentí como se destapó y ya pude escuchar perfectamente otra vez, en lo personal recomiendo este producto ampliamente.
