When you have new floors In a space that you know will have a long period of many workers stomping around and ladders and various pieces of equipment being moved everywhere, this is a product worth considering. Ultra heavy duty Ram Board has its place, but this is far easier to use and still provides long life and excellent protection. It’s heavier than even heavy duty rosin paper, but lays down almost as easily. I had new flooring put in prior to kitchen and bathroom cabinet installation but well ahead of other phases of a complete condo renovation. Rather than taking chances with scratching or marring, I installed this any place I anticipated heavy traffic. It’s held up to a couple of months of workmen moving about without ripping or abrading. In many areas it’s in good enough condition that if I had another job coming up and wanted to save some money, I could even use it again!

I am a banner artist, and I use this XBoard to paint banners for people! The reason I choose this stuff over regular craft papers is because this stuff is thick and it’s durable and I know that when I paint on it, it’s not gonna wrinkle and it definitely does not wrinkle. I’ve used other rolls of craft paper that wrinkles so bad and it just makes the overall product look horrible and I also like how this board isnt so thick that I cant punch eyelets in it! I out eyelets in each corner of the banner so that each person can hang their banner with string. You just can’t beat this stuff! It looks flawless every single time I paint a banner. And I will never choose anything else. It’s good stuff and I fell in love with this board the second I started using it. I went through a whole roll and now I’m on my second roll. I bought my first roll in July and I’m just now buying another roll in February, so that roll literally lasted me about eight months. And I’ve painted close to 20 banners. So if you’re a banner artist coming here to try to find this exact paper you’re in the right spot! Get it you won’t regret it!

This was purchased to protect my kitchen table during crab feasts. This stuff is the ticket if you're a Marylander who is tired of craft paper not being strong enough to survive some frenzied picking parties.

I saw someone use this on You Tube and I had to try it! It works great! No more looking for cardboard boxes!! It was easy to work with and easy to cut. I used it on my newly created backyard walkway and it looks fantastic!! I'm going to order another one for the garden bed in the front yard. Great product!

We used the products to protect our hard wood floors while preparing for, during, and restoring from wall-to-wall carpet installation. The x-board did a fine job of protecting our floors from a lot of heavy traffic by guys wearing boots, but upon removal of the tape after being in place two weeks, a small amount of residue stuck to the wood and hard to be gently scraped off. Nonetheless, I would use it again to protect our floors.

I bought this to cover my family room floor while waiting for carpet installation. The product is far better than expected, as it is thicker and more durable. It covered and stayed covered, without ripping or tearing. There was plenty left so I have been using it to cover my crafts table. I would be very confident in purchasing this again.

Bought this while i was remodeling my basement. I put it down and still had a decent amount of paint and other work to complete. The material held up great to paint spills/splatters as well as while i was installing tile in the shower. Would buy again for my next remodel. Price was lower on amazon compared to a similar product at the big box store.

I used to use the red rosin paper to cover the floors during work and construction. We recently had some professional work done, and they used this product, which I liked very much. I purchased a roll myself, and when the pros were done and out, I put it down to do my work. I like the paper very, very much. It's like 3 or 4 times thicker than the red rosin paper, it rolls out nicely, it cuts easily, and it lasts way longer. I am completely satisfied with it, and am very happy that I found it. I also bought the tape that goes with it, and it also works very well.

We used this as a floor protectant instead of ram board simply because it was cheaper. It’s been protecting our floors for about a month and a half now and has held up really well against multiple trades coming and going and spray foam insulation being put in. We are just about ready for mudding/taping of our drywall and I have no concerns with how well this will hold up. The tape works great, the only thing I would say is that if you’re trying to lay it in a really cold environment the tape is less adhesive to the board. All and all a great product and would use it again!

Good quality! Was buying the stuff they have at Home Depot for significantly more (Ram board) and I find this works just as well for less cost! We use this under our Kitty-litter boxes!
