Flexible neutral cure Silicon but not 100%
The unique thing that differentiates this from the red bottle 💯 "glass sealent" silicon from the same company Dow is that this is flexible. It's also a neutral cure Silicon and doesn't smell like vinegar while drying/curing. Pros: You'll get more time to "tool" and set this one as compared to the other 💯 silicon. 10 mins as compared to 5 which might be a great advantage for some beginners using silicon. Con: It is not 💯 silicon and if some people might not like it's flexible joints. If you stick glass with it the panes will move quiet a bit that might scare some people but that's a feature of this silicon type not weakness. General info states this type is stronger than acetic cure silicon but official website of Dow states it's tensile strength weaker than 💯 glass sealent silicon from Dow which seems to be a favourite with aquarium DIYers. This is more of an all purpose silicon which also works on glass.

Finally reliable a seal.
Seals and sticks well. Used it to make window waterproof and worked well throughout rainy season. Applies but no problem there.

Does not work in places which can get wet like bathrooms. Peels off after 2 days. Use white cement.
Did not work in wet places like bathrooms. I dried and then applied but it peeled off in 2 days. Did not work for tile grouting. Please use white cement instead.

Handy product for a leaking house in monsoon
I got the white variant. It is a bit like M-Seal but a lot softer like rubber and thus allows movements of the joined surfaces. Great for setting window panes and filling leaks in fiber glass or asbestos roof and filling up small leaks in cement. Please note that unlike general purpose silicone, this one takes at least 3 days to dry.

Good but not sure why its not cured even after 24 hours.
Good: 1. White is really white. 2. The elasticity of compound is good. Its harder than many others in market. Bad: 1. Its been over 24 hrs and the applied paste is still sticky. I applied it in dry place between laminate and upvc window. This has happened at 2-3 places out of 10 where I applied.
