Fire-Boltt 4G Pro Volte Calling Smart Watch- 2.02” TFT Display, 4G Nano-SIM GPS, Health Suite, Sports Modes, 400mAh Battery (Black)

Purchased the Fire Boltt 4G Pro Volte Calling Smartwatch from Amazon on 29th November 2024 (delivered 30th Nov). In less than 1 month after purchasing the watch, there are issues with it including: 1. Primary and big issue: Touch screen not working correctly. It does not work in some parts of the screen and the touch response is unpredictable. As a result, simple operations are diffficult to do, e.g., not possible to pick up incoming calls by pressing the green call-accept button, and not possible to disconnect calls by pressing the red call-disconnect button. Touch reponse not working in some parts of the screen (except on the sides). 2. SIM stopped getting recognised, even though it worked fine for the first 2 weeks or so. It is now recognised again, but stops working in between - behaviour is erratic. I tried contacting Fire Boltt Customer Care on 3 different numbers (including the one provided on product packaging, plus 2 other numbers found on the internet), as well as emailed to the support email address provided on product packaging. None of these methods worked. I then got an email saying I need to register the concern on their complaint portal, which I did. Overall, this has been a poor experience. 19.Feb.2025 : logged the complaint in the portal 6 weeks ago.. there is no resolution yet and there is no way to follow up.

If one is clear about their requirements and the budget .....most of the the times one is able to get a good value for money deal. If you want an effective cellular calling watch with a health suite with made in india 1 year warranty and nothing more this is the one for you . The battery is good and compared with 250 mah bt phones it is way much better . The tft screen is rather impressive and smooth . The extra cost here is an independent new connection and a nano sim The only negative is the first time set up and it takes several reboots but once it is synced ...it is solid performance . As for the app it must be scanned from the watches qr code by the mobile phone ...the FM active act is useless and does not bind to the watch . Final verdict ....just go for this high quality cellular watch ...it is a game changer at 2000 . 7 Jan 2025 my second purchase ....highly recommended for those who want a non android calling watch with health suite. As for customer service they have tech support team that responds and assists very well via email only . 1 Feb 2025 bought the android version 4 gb ram and 64 gb rom under exchange offer from flipkart ...the quality and finish given by Fire Boltt is the best ...it is a wrist phone totally independent and in a different league. Final verdict ...if you can save up 6500 go for that version ....it has no equal at this price .

My ordered product was faulty and its screen had visible lines. After complain with Firebolt, they changed the product. The replacement was also faulty and its side buttons were not working. Again I complained and they fixed the product. Today on Sep 23, 2024 repaired product has heating problem and had temperature of 42 Degree Celsius. I am giving 5 star for this comment to come on top and everyone comes to know the reality of this brand. This watch is 4g pro but it's actually FARZI PRO🤮🤮🤧. It's my first product from this company and I am highly disappointed. I bought this watch on 23 Jan 2025 and inserted the sim. First problem I faced was changing the watch face. It still doesn't work. Second: The voice echoes and repeats on the callers phone. It's really annoying but it's okay for a 2k watch. After a week the speakers stopped working and aren't able to hear the incoming sound. We tried to file a replacement for this watch on Amazon but instead it connected us to amazon ai chat and we asked it to redirect to customer support. It didn't work. It's replacement didn't work. Next we tried to contact the number given by the amazon of the firebollt but the number was off and it didn't also work. We also filed a compain on firebollt website but suprisingly this watch is not even listed on it website compain form. No we are left with no options but yo get it repaired by local watch repairers. Don't buy from this brand. They have no support After buying watch
