Review: Great bar for the price! - I needed an EZ Curl Bar for my home gym. Nothing fancy, just something that would hold a decent amount of weight and function the way I needed it to. It arrived well packaged, I pulled it out of the box and was pleasantly surprised at the fact that it's not cheaply made. The knurls are well spaced and the diamond finish on them gives them a nice grip. The bar weighs 11 pounds, so it's light in and of itself but doesn't feel like it's going to break when you're using it. I use this thing for nearly every body part imaginable instead of going out and getting an olympic 7' bar, as the space for my home gym is pretty limited. I did buy a pair of Clout FItness Olympic Barbell Clamps to go with mine (thus I don't use the metal ring clamps that came with it), because I really dig how easy to use are the Clout Fitness clamps (they're quick and hold well).
