Having no on/off switch on the base means you can’t keep it plugged in. A real hassel! The timer doesn’t always work and sticks in one place A 15 minute warmup is also frustrating. My previous device was only 3 minutes.

This is well built, I have neuropathy in my feet at night and have had it for 20 years. I use the red light therapy twice a day for twenty minutes I set the light 12 inches from my feet. For the first time in such a long time, I have no pain. This model was worth every penny.
