GIOVANNI ECO CHIC 50:50 Balanced Hydrating Clarifying Shampoo, 2 Fl Oz

Of course, we all have different hair, scalp, diet, and health which all makes a difference in what will work for you. For me, this product is amazing. I'm almost 40 and have no health problems. My hair is baby fine, mostly straight and fairly long and I have a decent diet. I also do not dye my hair. I used to have crunchy ends and my roots tend to get oily if not washed every 2-3 days. Just a little dab of this shampoo and it lathers lightly and rinses out as if I've conditioned my hair. After years of use and trimming off the crunchy ends, my hair remains soft and silky. No tangles. Most times, I do not use a conditioner after using this shampoo. After every other shower, or if I use any hot tools, I use in a pea sized drop of leave-in conditioner ( Giovanni Direct Leave-In Conditioner, Weightless Moisture, 8.5-Ounce Containers (Pack of 3) ), and that's it. My hair is shiny, not frizzy, and it flows with the wind like I'm in a Japanese anime. I love it! On top of this, the scent is just lovely. Very light and natural like a faint sweet flower. You easily get used to the smell and will be pleasantly surprised to receive compliments after a hug. I really hate the rectangular bottle, but that's alright because I love this so much, I buy it by the gallon and use a pump dispenser. I started using this shampoo maybe 10 years ago. Out of curiosity, I keep trying other products that people rave about like HairOne, Wen, Biolage, Jason, Aubry Organics, and many others I didn't bother to remember, but none of the shampoos make my hair feel as wonderful as this 50/50 formula. I end up giving the other stuff away. Even the other Giovanni shampoos, don't compare to this one. The wheat didn't clean well enough but also made my hair feel dry. The tea tree felt great, but I didn't like the squeaky clean feel and making my hair seem a little wire-like. The Smooth as Silk was similar to the 50/50, but a little heavier.

AMAZON IS AMAZING..... & SO IS THIS PRODUCT..... I LOVE this shampoo. It has such great clarifying quality to it, leaving hair soft and healthy hair feeling. No over powering scent. The value is great because it lasts for a very long time. The bottle is easy to use because it has a convenient pump. I order the large bottle size because it is the best value. The bottles size and shape is perfect for my thin ledge tub shower combo.

I have been using this shampoo for years, and it's still doing the job. Appreciate that it's not scented, well really has a mild scent. My husband and son are now using it as well after trying it while we were on vacation. Especially appreciate the larger size bottles, now that multiple famiily members are all using this shampoo.

This clean my hair very well. I love that. It has great nontoxic ingredients. I wish it was a little bit more hydrating, but it’s definitely more hydrating than other clarifying shampoos!

In search of the holy grail shampoo n I keep coming back to this, it's like my fourth big bottle in two years. Everytime I go back to this I fall in love again n wonder why I must keep changing shampoos. Everytime I switch from this I end up needing to cut off my hair due to bad condition, I'm catching on it's all about the shampoo and conditioner n this shampoo doesn't get any better. This shampoo with Shea moisture coconut conditioner is perfect for shine and bounce, I use it daily even. I think when I get a bad haircut I blame this shampoo but I'm catching on. Just try the shampoo if your hair sucks right now, it cleans, moisturizes, smoothes while retaining bounce and curl, no fragrance, good ingredients.. What more do we need ladies n gents? I'm exhausted from hair PTSD, if you are too you can rest, your search is over

I’ve been looking for a clarifying shampoo that works for me for months. I had a dry scalp, but extremely oily hair no matter what I did. After purchasing this I think I found my holy grail. After 1 use, my hair has never felt better. My scalp no longer itches, my hair looks healthier than it’s ever been, and it feels silky smooth! I am absolutely loving this product so far, I highly recommend it to anyone dealing with a dry itchy scalp, and or extremely oily hair.

Offers a deep clean and yet it’s not stripping, gentle enough for everyday use and clean-rinsing. I have an oily scalp and fine hair (hormone imbalance), and I actually feel that this shampoo helps prevent hair loss and my scalp feels more ‘normal’ after 24 hours, unlike with some clarifying shampoos my scalp is noticeably oily after 24 hours (when a product is too stripping, excessive sebum production often follows- vicious circle). Fabulous ingredients, I’m basically hooked for life. I’m so happy I can get it in a gallon to refill shower container to help cut back on disposing plastics. Scent is very light citrus. I like herb and flower (lavender, thyme, basil, rosemary, jasmine, etc) smells much more than fruit as far as hygiene products, but this scent is not offensive, just your basic ‘clean’ that I think most people would be happy with, even those very sensitive to fragrance because it is that light/mild.

Meraviglioso. Sento i capelli leggeri e puliti. E poi sembra che ne ho il doppio. Fantastico. E poi è cruelty free e con ingredienti naturali. La confezione è piccola, ma basta usarne poco. Soddisfattissima.

I'm used to Neutrogena anti residue up until they stopped production. Been trying to find a better shampoo to help with products build up as I have curly hair. To my surprise,this works wonder. Love the smell and definitely help with the build ups

It's good. But i have not used it contiously. So not much sure about it's result.

Lovely shampoo that leaves thin & oily hair feeling and looking volumised. Will buy again.

On the contrary scalp becomes very dry and hair became more fragile and frizzy. The whole scalp becomes more flaky.
