The utter flexibility of the cock is really enjoyable. No more banging your forehead to the tap when you stoop down to wash your mouth. The faucet head can be adjusted to anywhere you like with a light pull of your hand. Even vertical if you want it so. Washing the washbasin has never been easier. The bright chrome plating is of very good quality. The no-jam operation of the lever is also a plus feature. Love this. Very much worth the money.

This an excellent product in a value for money price point. I was facing issue as I have table top tap connection and the conventional taps doesn't reach at center. I would suggest one improvement, the bottom thread length could have been little longer. I had to fix it only with the connecting wire. This might not be selling due to the same. Many a times granite slab thickness could be more and you may not be able to fix the same. Just one star off for this reason.

Should not buy if you need good flow of water. It’s flow is so slow and without pressure that not a single work gets finished in time. Installed it over the sink and even maid denied using it. Can’t find their service center number and amazon closed window in just 7 days. Till that time it was not even installed. Cheap product but wastage of money. Neeraj

Not a good buy. This tap is not suitable for single hole washbasins. This looks big in size and looks odd some how.This tap is suitable for medium kitchen sinks. Moreover water is leaking @ the switch. Tap is not properly sitting on the basin. 2 plumbers tried to install it properly. but they couldn't. Tap looks grand but technically worse and will not lasts long because the flexible pipe is delicate and thin.very very smooth handling is required to maintain this tap. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Flexible, easy to operate and has a great reach. Water thru shower mode is the best option, uses less water at the same time cleans more area. Go ahead and buy one in case you are looking for something that uses less water, is good value for money, good built and aesthetically pleasing.

A wee bit wobbly . Though it seems Ok now , have to wait and see the durability after a couple of months . Edited review after about two weeks usage . The unit came off , and with great difficulty , reinstated somehow . Called the plumber again . He bought some additional fixtures and has fixed . He has advised me not to buy this again as the base portion with screw engraving is too short , just about an inch due which the unit wobbles . Other premium brands , Iam told , come with standard dimensions . Definitely a bad buy .

Really good product. Works smoothly. The telescopic arm moves quite freely and the flow of water is soft, yet ample. And installation was a breeze as well. It comes with all necessary hardware to install.
