Third pull cutting a palm frond and the plastic shattered. Shouldn't have expected more than that. Repurposed the blade and will throw the rest away. Stay away!

When's the branch is coming down? It'll pinch it sometimes and you'll have to either lift the branch or sway it back and forth to get it off, other than that, it exceeded expectation. Great product!!

Awkwardly adjustable
This lightweight pruning saw is definitely helping me reach up to cut water sprouts off my crabapple trees. I ordered the length to be able to reach up to 20.5 feet, and my tree is a lot taller than that, but what I can reach looks great. The saw is sharp enough to cut like a normal manual saw, with a hook on the end to be able to snag and shift the water sprouts and help me pull them down from the tree.It is adjustable by twisting and removing or adding the (about 1.5 foot) segments, so the adjustments aren’t quick but they are simple. The segments themselves are pretty sturdy and aren’t easy to bend.I noticed on occasion the final segment with the blade attached is loosened a little when it was in use. The blade is firmly in place but the final segment untwists if I’m not careful. It didn’t untwist often or very much, maybe an eighth of a turn, and I was still able to use the pole saw.
