I originally set it up in the kitchen for produce, but it works just as well in the bathroom for toiletries, at a coffee station for pods and accessories, or as a snack basket on the counter. I’ve even used the individual baskets to gather vegetables from the garden. The design is clean and modern, with a matte black or white metal finish and a wood handle that gives it a slightly farmhouse, slightly minimalist look. Assembly is quick and tool-free, which I really like, no screws, no wobbling, and no frustration. Especially since I’m on the spectrum and sometimes putting things together can come with a significant challenge. The baskets can be stacked together as a two-tier unit or used separately, which makes them flexible depending on your counter space and desired use. The banana hangers are a nice add on too, although I tend to separate bananas from the bunch because they ripen slower than when together in the bunch so more than likely the basket will be used to lay separate bananas. It also helps keep fruit from bruising, and the rectangular shape feels more decorative than typical round fruit bowls. It’s lightweight but sturdy enough for everyday use, and the size is just right for countertops without adding extra bulk or loud busyness that’s on the nose and feels cluttered. I am going to level with you: I find this color kind of hideous. But I have nobody to blame but myself, because it's exactly as pictured. So, you know... be prepared for Pepto-Bismol. The included instructions made very little sense, but it was easy enough to figure out how to put the few pieces together just based on what logically fit. (The photo instructions in the listing are a lot more clear and true to what you actually have to do.) Unlike some two-tiered baskets, this one holds together with tension in the hooks and not just gravity, so you can pick it up from anywhere and it will stay together. Speaking of picking it up, it's a little weird that the little wooden handle covers slot in from the top, because it means the top is smooth but the bottom has a tiny bit of metal rim poking out. You'd think you'd want the smooth part where the weight would rest when picking it up. On the plus side, this way looks nicer. Overall, this is just a really well-made little set of baskets. It feels sturdy, and it doesn't rock at all when placed on a flat surface. I think it justifies the $26 price.

The box this was shipped in was in good condition when it arrived. Shipping was fast!. It came in a total of 4 pieces. The assembly from start of taking it out of the box to having it together, took less than 5 minutes. The metal does not feel flimsy but very sturdy. The size great and it looks so flattering on our natural wood counter, I could fit several coffee mugs in here, or other items to help keep a kitchen organized. I highly recommend this!

This is a great set of stacking metal wire baskets that are sturdy enough to hold heavy produce and stylish enough to earn a spot on our kitchen counter. The baskets are great for corralling spices and oils, frequently used kitchen items like dish towels, tea tins, coffee supplies. They have a lovely vintage, green grocer vibe that makes me smile every time I reach for a banana. The set was easy to assemble and is holding up well to weekly washing.

Okay, firstly- the instructions stink. It's picture-only, and the pictures are kind of *off* and tell you nothing. Instructions: 1 - Sit the bigger basket down first 2 - There are two side brackets. Hook the brackets onto the BASE of the basket, making sure the HOOK on the brackets is facing Upward and OUTward. 3. Repeat step 2 on the adjacent side. 4. Using the same method, attach the top basket. You will have to tug it a bit to get it snug, but once you do, it will stay up with no help. You've done it!! This is a great fruit basket. Just bought bananas and realized I could hang them there. This rocks. It appears just like the picture, it holds a GREAt many products, it's pretty and pink and is 2-tier. So the stacking Upward helps with space on the countertops!
