nice content, but doesn't really feel like a book - rather a big article
While I definitely appreciate the authors effort to share his expertise with us fellow startup founders trying out Customer Development, I couldn't help get the feeling that I am browsing through an extended blog article with nice pics wrapped into the guise of a book. It's useful, but somehow doesn't just feel solid and exhaustive enough - I will need to read 10 more like this one before I can amass enough expertise on the subject to make it my own. I have been hesitating whether to give it 3 stars or a 4, but finally settled on the higher rating due to very low price I've paid.

Simple and effective
I’m using this book to teach customer discovery to a group of first-time entrepreneurs. It has been easy to follow and thought-provoking. I will definitely continue to use it and, next time, make it a required text for my students.

Ok book. I thought it would have more meat.
The book has some advice on primary market research. It discusses some ideas on ways to fund customers for interviews. It was short and underwhelming. I expected more hidden secrets that could enhance my game when "Talking to humans"

Good short book with some smart questions to ask your customers
You can read this book within an hour. It's short and sweet. My takeaway from this book was that you can get a lot more from your customers if you ask them to tell you a story. And then you can dissect the story and get better insights. If you are into customer research then you will probably know most of the stuff but you can still learn something new.

short and to the point
This book is recommended by Steve Blank. That was the main reason to read it. I found the book to be delivering exactly what it promised to deliver, and in a an easy, practical way. No unimportant theoretical stuff, but a lot of practical real life stories and examples. The book is a short read, and that's a plus.

Nice book for first time entrepreneurs
I liked this book and it was useful to me, as a first time entrepreneur. Many things that it says are common sense, but for me it was useful and it helped me to avoid the fear of "going out of the building" and talk with possible customers.
