Intensiviert das Training
Die Gewichtsmanschetten sitzen an meinen schmalen Handgelenken sehr gut. Dank der Klettverschlüsse passen sie sich individuell an, so dass ich sie auch für die Fußgelenke nutzen kann. Gefüllt sind sie sehr gleichmäßig mit einer Art Sand. Auch während des Trainings verrutscht die Füllung nicht, so dass das Gewicht gleichmäßig verteilt ist. Ich nutze die Gewichtsmanschetten, um meine Trainingseinheiten zu intensivieren und merke dabei auch einen deutlichen Effekt.
