Product description Review: Perfect for me but may not be for some others - I've used this machine now for nearly a month. I connect it to an external monitor via the single HDMI output and get a fine picture, and I use an external mechanical keyboard (which i strongly prefer) connected via a USB port. I also use an inexpensive speaker and an external cam mounted on top of the monitor for zoom sessions (since the laptop is pushed off to the side, too distant and at a poor angle)--both were very inexpensive. For me it's not a portable laptop but the guts of my desktop, and it works beautifully for that. Huge drive, and Windows 11 Pro, not Home. And its plenty fast enough for what I do, which productivity stuff, not games. Have no problem running multiple apps and m multiple web pages at same time. It starts up reasonably fast. So for my purposes it works great and was a great bargain. But there are limitations that might matter to others. I don't much like the built in keyboard which is a little jammed, some keys in odd places, and the typical chicklet feel of poor quality laptops--it would drive me nuts if I had to use it regularly, but of course I never do. (I can't speak to the touchpad because use a mouse connected via another USB slot, which works fine.) The built in camera cannot do facial recognition, so you must sign in with a pin, there's no way to do it visually via Windows Hello. (Nor does it have a fingerprint senser.) When I got the cam to mount on my monitor, I briefly considered getting one that would work with Windows Hello but they are considerably more expensive, and for me it's no big deal to enter a four digit pin. Finally, it's not one of these superlight laptops, which also does not matter to me because it never leaves the back of desk. In short, for me this is a five star bargain. I may buy a second for me wife. The four star rating reflects the compromises in keyboard and cam that seem inevitable at this price point that might matter to others but not to me. And oh, I like the green color, nice understated break from the perpetual black. Review: Good value - Pretty, medium in size, lightweight. Iโve only had turned on for a few hours but seems to be working good. Good value.
